Great episode lol what a battle didn’t think they’d actually have Alain get swept so easily oh well hopefully no one doubts leon’s strength and placement at number one now..
Now I know we all knew that Alain was not going to beat Leon. However I can say this fight wasn’t the best imo. Yes I know Leon is super strong I just wish Alain’s pokemon didn’t go down so fast ESPICALLY Mega Charizard
The fact that Lance VS Diantha is starting right away in the next episode makes me confident that it won’t be rushed hopefully!!
I am shocked at the pace of this episode, i wish it was a bit longer but i don’t think i can blame Alain because Leon is the WCS Champion and must’ve gotten a lot of experience compared to Alain.
Nice to see Mairin and Professor Sycamore make a cameo.
I was told the other trainer was pretty good, but he got absolutely destroyed by Leon.
Alain’s Charizard went toe to toe against multiple legendaries, defeated 10 megas in a row including a elite four member and defeated Ash greninja twice and Leon’s Charizard gets clapped by eternatus
Alain’s Charizard was very strong guys It Took Two moves to loose😂.
i’m honestly hoping later battles aren’t as bad as this one… wouldn’t get my hopes too high, but this one had the opening ceremony, hop, TR, and the battle all in one episode… if they focus on starting the battle earlier in the episode and not halfway into it, the battle could actually be good.
I don’t have a problem with Leon winning and Alain losing. the problem is, is how they handle the battles, there not even that exciting anymore. 😔
I Will rate the battle 2/10
-Very unfair cause Leon’s Charizard beats Alain with one direct shot.
Journeys has one of the best concepts
Having all the best trainers in the world compete but they really fall off in commencing Pokemon battles
Journeys is nice but the battles will never be on par with XY and Alola
