As somebody that used one and was greatly disappointed by its performance, I can confirm that Dewgong desperately needs an Evolution.
Ledyan needs desperately an evolution alongside higher stats. Also Sunflora.
How about an Ice/Fire type evolution for Beartic. It could play into Cubchoo having a cold and I would call it Fevursa.
Not bad. Another set of Pokémon that I believe needs a new evolution are Forretress, Sudowoodo, the original Mr. Mime & linoone, as well as Seviper, Zangoose, and Carnivine!
Pangoro and Beartic definitely deserve special treatment
I think Kricketune has one of the best designs in all of gen 4 so an evolution needs to be really solid. It should get a bug type equivalent of liquid voice
If Beartic did receive an evolution, I personally think an Ice/Fighting, or Ice/Dark type would make a lot more sense. Beartics are often shown to be hostile and territorial Pokemon. Often picking fights whenever someone enters their territory to show their strength and ferocity.

Been hand drawing my own mons for my 2 regions the Geaora and Tidal regions. I’m kinda working all over the place drawing for both regions at once. This gave me an idea to make Delmaestro, a Kricketot split evo 😅. A Bug/Psychic might work.

Ledian and Ariados desperately need evolutions
